Adoption Process & Requirements
When you adopt from Purring Angels, your cat will already be spayed or neutered and fully vaccinated for a healthy start in their new home.
Our adoption process is designed to ensure the best match for both you and your new feline friend. It includes:
- An adoption application
- A veterinarian and reference check
- A possible home visit to ensure the cat’s comfort and safety
The adoption fee is $125 per cat, which helps cover a portion of the costs for medical care, vaccinations, and daily needs while the cat is with us.
Special Placement Cats
In addition to traditional adoptions, Purring Angels also helps place cats who thrive best in barn or stable environments. These cats are not feral—they simply prefer outdoor spaces and may do best as the only cat on the property.
If you have a safe outdoor home and are looking for a natural mouser, we’d love to hear from you! These cats deserve loving homes too, where they can live happily and freely while helping to keep your property pest-free.
